Refund policy

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

All our products are manufactured after purchase specifically to the customer's order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation of Orders: 

Since products are sent to production after the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been sent to production. Cancellations for any reason are accepted up to one hour after placing the order. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Refunds:

In addition to the above, Ateret Design reserves the right to make exceptions for refunds in certain cases. If a refund is issued after the order has been transferred to production, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping fees. Shipping fees vary depending on the product and selected variations. The customer will be notified of the refund amount before the refund is processed.

If a refund is issued, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
